Ordering & Shipping
We strive to ship orders promptly. Our typical processing time, from the moment you order until it leaves
our facility, is 3–5 business days.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Economy shipping options are available at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier's estimated delivery window takes effect. You will receive a tracking number once the item has shipped.

Items are only available in the U.S.
We cannot guarantee the precise delivery date as this is managed entirely by the shipping carrier.
We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please email sales@misswestmotherhood.com immediately. We can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has moved into production, which may happen within a few hours.
Please be sure that your product sizes and style, & shipping details are correct before finalizing your order.
Payments & Tracking
You will receive email updates as your order moves through our system. You can also use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to check its status.
Once your items ship, we will email you a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website so you can follow your delivery.
Due to our current production method, items might ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. Please review your tracking information for all items.
If an item is truly missing or lost, please contact us at sales@misswestmotherhood.com.
You can redeem your coupon code in the designated field during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
Unfortunately, we are unable to manually apply coupon codes to orders that have already been placed. Please double-check your cart before checkout.
If the tracking information indicates delivery but the package is missing:
- Please double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Inquire with neighbors or household members to see if they accepted the package.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit only for items returned within 14 days of the delivery date, with exceptions for final sale and hygiene-related products.

Our online portal is in development, so all returns are currently handled via email.
Please send an email to sales@misswestmotherhood.com with
your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide instructions and the return address.
We facilitate exchanges for the same item only (e.g.,a different size or color).

Sizing & Products
We are a small business that uses a print-on-demand (POD) service to produce our clothing.
We use a variety of high-quality blank apparel from Comfort Colors and Lane Seven.
You will always find the specific brand and material details for any item on its product description page.
To ensure the longevity of your purchase, please follow these care recommendations:
- Wash the garment inside out using cold water.
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve the integrity of the design.
- Avoid applying a hot iron directly to the print.

This includes things like your name, email address, shipping details, and payment information (which is securely processed by our trusted payment providers).
