As a very small business, every single order truly means the world to me. I work hard to make sure your shopping experience feels personal, smooth, and stress-free and that your items arrive safely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works. Please take a moment to read this before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed as they come in.
Many of our items, like t-shirts, crewnecks, hoodies, and other apparel are made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Processing includes order verification, prepping your item(s), and handing your package to the carrier.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Available shipping options will appear at checkout. You can choose the method that works best for you.

We currently ship using carriers such as USPS and UPS.
The carrier used may vary based on your location, shipping method, and package size.

Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the method you select.
Your shipping total will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping is offered on all orders of $75 or more.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time depends on your shipping method, your location, and any unexpected delays along the way.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days, though some may take 7–10 business days depending on the carrier.

Please keep in mind:

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

  • Weather, carrier delays, and other issues outside our control may impact delivery times

  • I will always do my best to get your order out quickly, but I cannot control transit delays once it’s with the carrier

Expedited Shipping

At this time, expedited shipping is not available, only standard or economy
If you have questions about receiving an order by a certain date, please reach out before placing your order. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking & Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your package

You can also log into your account on our website to check your order history and status.

Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after your label is created.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • You will be refunded minus the original shipping cost, or

  • You can choose to pay for reshipment

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away.

Orders that are already in production or have shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

Lost, Misdelivered, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can help you initiate a claim or investigation with the carrier.

If your package shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  • We will help guide you through steps like filing a claim or starting a package trace

  • However, once a package is marked delivered, we cannot replace or refund stolen packages

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will work quickly to send a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued once the damaged item is returned.
